What does someone find when they look for your business?
If someone hears your name from a neighbor and looks you up, can they see what you do and how to reach you?
I look at that path with you, from the business listing to the website and the call or message that follows.
How do customers find you now?
That's where I start. You tell me where inquiries come from and what you'd like to change.
Then I check your Google profile and how someone contacts you. We look at what needs attention, and I explain the work I'd suggest and what it would cost.

If your Google listing is missing or its details need work, I can help with setup and corrections. Google controls verification and where the listing appears.

If unanswered calls are a problem, we can look at Call Catcher. It sends a text after a missed call so the caller can tell you what they need. Your phone setup and approval for business texting determine whether it fits and when it can start.

Who is this for?

Do I need a new website?
That depends on what you already have and what needs to change. We start by looking at it and talking about the problem you want to solve.
What does the work cost?
We talk about the work first. After that, I'll send a proposal with the scope and price for your business.
How long will it take?
The proposal sets out the timing, what I need from you, and any steps that depend on another company, such as Google verification or approval for business texting.
Will I own the website?
Yes, once it's paid in full. Our agreement covers transferring the site, domain, and hosting account to your control. Renewals and any services you continue using remain your responsibility.
Can you help if I miss calls?
We can look at what happens when you miss one. If Call Catcher fits your phone setup, it sends a text so the caller can tell you what they need. Setup includes approval for business texting.
